Fondue Chinoise: 2 Hazelnut Sauce

Hazelnut Sauce

Hazelnut with fondue chinoise? Of course!

To go with it:
75 g ground hazelnuts,
2 pressed garlic cloves and
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Roast it lightly with oil in a frying pan and season with 2 - 3 pinches of table salt
Put it in a bowl
Add 150 g natural yoghurt and add 70 g mayonnaise
Add 5 - 10 splatters of Worcester sauce
