Quick treat (fresh cheese)


Warm 1 lt of milk up to 80°C (more or less before it boils).  
Turn temperature to low, and add 2 Tbs of vinegar.. Turn temperature up again, and before it boils take to lower temperature and add 2 more Tbs of vinegar.  Turn up temperature, and then down.
Pass through a strainer with a piece of fabric, and press to drain it.  Add salt, move it with a spoon, and keep draining until all the yellow liquid goes off. 
Put in a mold, press, and ready!
Delicious with honey : )
