Fondue Chinoise: 6 Apple-Ginger Sauce


Apple-Ginger Sauce

The noble exotic, which flatters the palate

In addition:
Grate 1/2 apple (sour) and
1 small ginger toe finely and sprinkle with a little lemon 

Put everything in a bowl with 75 g cream quark and 
Mix 100 g natural yoghurt
Season with 1 pinch salt, 2 tsp sugar,
Add possibly 1 knife seat of clove powder
Add some splatters of lemon juice
