Fondue Chinoise: 5 Basil-Mustard Sauce

Basil-Mustard Sauce

The strong green of this sauce brings an aesthetic note on the table.

In addition:

Give 20 g fresh basil leaves, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 4 tbsp mild mustard and
1 tbsp sunflower oil together in a blender, 

Puree finely 
Put 100 g mayonnaise in a bowl and mix with the puree. 
Add 1 pinch salt and
1 dash of Worcester sauce.
