Fondue Chinoise: 3 Curry-Mango Chutney

Curry-Mango Chutney

A sweet and bitter hint from India that hits

To that:
Put 50 g mayonnaise in a bowl
Add 200 g mango chutney from the glass
Mix in 2-4 tbs (or more) Madras-Curry and/or Sri Lanka-Curry

Add 5 g grated coconut
Add 50 g sour cream
Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar
