“You will get wine, no matter if white or red and warm it up with a lot of sugar, cinnamon (full pieces, not the powder), cloves and star anise. The pot shall be covered, so the alcohol does not get away and it should not really boil, but should be stopped right before the boiling moment. Some people also add a bit of orange or other fruits, but I don’t. And that´s it pretty much.“
